The role of a ‘Recruiter’ is to
proactively source, identify, and recruit (profile and interview)
industry talent from all available resources on target with our
sponsor’s needs. This
individual will be responsible for identification of, building
relationships with, and understanding all underlying motivations of
the candidate to act as a career counselor. |

Must be fluent in Spanish |

BS
Degree strongly
preferred |

Must
be highly proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel; working
knowledge of Access is preferred, as well as overall familiarity
with hands-on computer software
applications; |

Must
be able to multi-task under situations of extreme
pressure; |

Must
be able to meet tight deadlines, while performing multiple tasks
with accuracy; |
|
Must
be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving
work
environment |
