| To establish an MSL function within this small
pharma company. Position reports to the VP and will be
responsible for building an MSL group, starting with hiring an
initial group of 3 MSLs and assisting the VP with Clinical and
Medical Affairs studies. As a staff position, the
incumbent will be located on site; assist with sales training,
attend conventions, make presentations, deliver
an MSL training program. 20-25% travel.

| Qualifications: |
|
| BS degree required; PhD, PharmD, PA, MSN/BSN
preferred. Must have solid experience as an MSL (4-6
years) plus 2-3 years management background. Need
"people person," someone who is flexible and can work independently
as well as
part of a team.
