A seasoned HR candidate for a
position in Human Resources focusing on employee
benefits. This position is responsible for assisting with
the designing, planning, and implementation of employee
benefit and compensation programs and related policies and
procedures. This position is also responsible
for benefits administration, processing and maintenance of
employee benefit programs, and will function as a liaison between
third-party brokers, benefit vendors and our employees.

Responsibilities
will include reviewing existing programs, offering suggestions
for modifications, and ensuring achievement of competitive
market position, as well as other goals identified by
RPS. This position is responsible for ensuring that
programs meet our employees needs, comply with legal
requirements, and are cost effective. This
position is expected to help ensure that the compensation and
benefits programs offered by RPS both enhance
our organization's ability to attract and recruit and to retain
employees. Responsibilities also include development
of competitive programs in international markets, focusing on
global HR practices.
