Department in a generalist/managerial role, who will take
on responsibility for a multitude of HR related
functions.

This position
will be responsible for ensuring that the HR operations are
working effectively, utilizing optimal tools and best
practices. This position will work with senior HR
Management to help develop a forward plan for HR information needs
that support RPS' business and operational
strategy.

This
position is responsible for acting as a liaison between
RPS and its employees. Will have direct daily interaction
with employees located at our corporate headquarters, as well as
interaction with our regionally-based employee
population located across the US, Latin America, and
Canada, and with planned expansion into Asia, E. Europe and other
areas in later 2008... |

This
role is hands on, and requires a self-motivated individual. In
this role, you will assist with the designing, planning,
and implementation of employee programs, departmental
processes, company policies, benefit and compensation programs, and
training and development. Additional responsibilities will
include employee relations, retention initiatives, and ensuring
achievement of competitive market position, as well as other
goals identified by RPS. |

This position is responsible for helping
to ensure that company programs meet employee needs,
comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective. This
position will help to ensure that RPS continues to be an
employer of choice, developing compensation, benefit, and
training programs that enhance our organization's ability
to attract, recruit and retain employees. |
