What We Want:
A talented, seasoned, professional, and energetic individual to join our Human Resources Department in a generalist/managerial role, who will take on responsibility for a multitude of HR related functions.
This position will be responsible for ensuring that the HR operations are working effectively, utilizing optimal tools and best practices.  This position will work with senior HR Management to help develop a forward plan for HR information needs that support RPS' business and operational strategy. 
This position is responsible for acting as a liaison between RPS and its employees.  Will have direct daily interaction with employees located at our corporate headquarters, as well as interaction with our regionally-based employee population located across the US, Latin America, and Canada, and with planned expansion into Asia, E. Europe and other areas in later 2008... 
This role is hands on, and requires a self-motivated individual.  In this role, you will assist with the designing, planning, and implementation of employee programs, departmental processes, company policies, benefit and compensation programs, and training and development.  Additional responsibilities will include employee relations, retention initiatives, and ensuring achievement of competitive market position, as well as other goals identified by RPS. 

This position is responsible for helping to ensure that company programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective.  This position will help to ensure that RPS continues to be an employer of choice, developing compensation, benefit, and training programs that enhance our organization's ability to attract, recruit and retain employees. 

Will ensure accurate and timely compliance with regard to data, access and governance, to include SOX, EEO, FMLA, ADA , FLSA and information, privacy. 

 
What We Expect:
A self-motivated, team-oriented individual with a flexible personality who is able to adapt to a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.  A bachelor's degree in a related area is required, and candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Human Resources field, with generalist exposure.

Ideal candidate will have knowledge of/experience working with global HR practices and international employee benefits experience. 

Candidates must be familiar with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures, and must be able to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and successfully accomplish goals. Must be willing to perform a variety of tasks.
