This may involve temporary staffing for one organization and project based employees for another. The flexibility and creativity of the D3 philosophy allows for growth and success.

Technical Staffing

D3 staff members are technical staffing experts. This division utilizes the RPS infrastructure and proven recruitment engine that has placed thousands of employees in the technical and scientific industries. Through the deployment of project specific recruiters and project leads within the RPS organization, the D3 is capable of identifying and employing candidates that are more highly qualified at a cost savings to the employers. The Division is currently specializing in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology segments of the Technical Industry.

Consulting Services

D3 project managers are recruiting experts. The recruiters and project managers work cooperatively to source consultants with the highest level of qualifications. Consultancy agreements are tailored to meet or exceed the expectations of specified projects. These projects may range from assisting a small Biotech company in filing their first IND to troubleshooting a manufacturing issue for a drug that is off patent. The D3 will build a team to resolve any issue in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology segments of the Technical Industry.
