Clinical Master Service Provider (CMSP)

RPS is the only company in the industry to offer a strategically scalable Clinical Master Service Provider solution. The CMSP solution is designed to merge clinical operations expertise, management, infrastructure, and support of both organizations to create a cost-effective integrated outsourced operating model. The CMSP solution removes the spiking that occurs within contracting and projects thus increasing resource utilization and significantly decreasing costs. This solution can include all of the service offerings of RPS along with technology systems and international capabilities.

Traditional Full-Service Outsourcing

RPS has the ability to manage an entire clinical program for Phases I – IV across a wide spectrum of therapeutic areas.

Cross Functional Service Provider (CFSP) and Functional Service Provider (FSP)

RPS has the ability to integrate functional services in a horizontal and vertical structure. This provides the Sponsors with the highest amount of flexibility in developing functional teams such as clinical monitoring, data management, and medical writing OR cross functional teams combining multiple service areas. Our clinical expertise allows us to provide TRUE clinical management across all functions or for each functional service area.

Project Crisis Rescue

RPS has substantial experience in rescue management of trials in crisis rescue situations. RPS can assemble a team and deploy a solution with unprecedented speed. The team can consist of one functional area (for example Clinical Monitoring) or across several functional areas (including Clinical Monitoring, Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Writing). RPS has proven success in restoring projects to the original timelines.

Satellite Office Operations

RPS has demonstrated operational excellence when it comes to establishing and managing satellite office solutions. Solutions can range in a variety of service areas such as Data Management, SAS Programming, Biostatistics, and Medical Writing. With a satellite office approach, RPS can utilize existing client platforms or RPS platforms while integrating a dedicated resource-based team that functions as a mirror image of the client. The solution provides robust technology, security, and verification of procedures to ensure a seamless connection into the Sponsor’s systems and continuous operations throughout the project.

Individual Consulting

RPS has the largest search engines in the industry. Our unique infrastructure supports our ability to provide you with individual consultants to supplement your internal project teams. These individual consultants are hired as RPS employees eliminating any co employment related issues to the Sponsor. The Sponsor has the ability to hand-select the resources according to the therapeutic and disease-specific experience required. These resources can be on site at your facility, at RPS offices, or regionally based. RPS employees are permanent employees not “permanent contract employees” or “contract employees” found in staffing companies. Specifically, our employees are not termed by the timeframe of the Sponsor assignment.

Permanent Placement

In this candidate driven market, RPS has perfected a service that allows for an improvement on the quality and number of hires that can be provided for our partnered Sponsors. Our process begins with a mutually agreed upon plan and strategy, sets related timelines, and provides an offer/acceptance in 30 days from the request. It allows for the internal staffing department of the Sponsors to have the confidence to make an informed decision in a time frame that is conducive to the needs of our industry.
